Brave new world - take two

So yes, we got our new computer, all went beautifully for a week and then the internet died. Not completely, but intermittently so you couldn't actually do anything...today we got our new modem installed and now I'm back in the 21st century!!!

In the meantime, here's a little 5x7" painting I did which was inspired by a walk at the botanical gardens a couple of weeks ago.

Today I've been using the same subject for a lino cut which is half chiseled, sitting on the verandah table.

Just a quick post before the kids get home from school and take over the controls!!
